We are interested in some of your products. How can we get started?
The very basic product is visual enrichments with only merchant clean names, merchant logos and merchant categories. You can start with this one without paying for the others. Contact us at office@zizy.io and our team will gladly help you during the onboarding process.
How can we get an API key?
Contact us at office@zizy.io. We would be happy to generate one for you.
We have our own categories. Are you able to customize them?
By default, the API will return our categories. However, if you would like to have your own categories, our product handles customization. Contact us to discuss the specific requirements and the team will make the necessary changes for you.
We are interested in bank transfers categories as well. Do you offer this product?
Yes. Bank transfer categories are offered and no additional changes or APIs are needed. Everything is handled through the same API.
Should we send authorization or presentment transaction data?
You can send any data. However, since authorization happens at the moment a user makes a card purchase and presentment after a few hours/days, we recommend sending both of them. There are times when the merchant details differ between these two transactions.
We are handling 15 million transactions per month. Are you scalable enough?
Yes. Our infrastructure is made on Google Cloud using both our own scaling algorithms and auto scaling tools from Google. We have clients with millions of transactions per month using our API. We can scale to hundreds of thousands of transactions. The servers are also ready to handle any spike in transactions at any given moment.
Is our data secure?
Yes. We have the highest levels of security for our servers and databases. The data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
